OE-Woche MB WS23/24: Vorstellung Hochschulgruppen

Hallo liebe Hochschulgruppen, wie (fast) jedes Jahr, findet im Oktober 2023 vom 16.10.-20.10. die OE-Woche des Maschinenbaus statt. Die Vorstellung der Hochschulgruppen ist wie immer am Donnerstag der OE (19.10.23, die OE liegt in der ersten Vorlesungswoche) im Zeitraum zwischen 16:30 und 18 Uhr geplant, standardmäßig in halbstündigen Blöcken. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, euch vorzustellen, schreibt uns bitte bis zum 04.09., dann planen wir euch ein. Wir melden uns ca. eine Woche nach Meldeschluss mit den genauen Infos, in welchem Zeitblock und Raum ihr euch vorstellen könnt. Falls ihr nur in einem bestimmten Zeitraum ein verfügbares Mitglied habt oder weniger als 30min für eure Vorstellung braucht, könnt ihr uns das natürlich bei der Zusage mitteilen. Wir versuchen dies zu berücksichtigen. Wie während Corona eingeführt, werden wir einen Moodle Kurs mit Infos für die Erstis erstellen, falls ihr also Material habt, das ihr den Erstis zusätzlich zur Vorstellung digital zur Verfügung stellen wollt, könnt ihr uns dies gerne gleich mitsenden. Falls ihr eine Homepage o.ä. habt, könnt ihr den Link dazu ebenfalls gerne durchgeben. Diese können im OE-Linktree verlinkt werden. Bei weiteren Fragen stehen wir euch gerne zur Verfügung! Hallo zusammen, Unsere Putzfrau ist 3 Wochen im Urlaub. Deswegen bitte alle selbst auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Clubheim achten. Nach Flugbetrieb aufräumen, Kaffeefilter entsorgen und Geschirr spülen, und was halt sonst noch so alles zu machen ist.
